Maybe you can also try unsweetened evaporated milk, I haven't tried it but it could work.<br />Hope this helps!Mike @TheIronYouhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10366439657152961176noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5852827703279494520.post-49751423167487744492021-12-27T14:48:10.530-05:002021-12-27T14:48:10.530-05:00What can you substitute the coconut milk with? I began with dried chickpeas, which I cooked and which resulted in just 30oz, so I made up the additional 15oz with diced potatoes, turned out great! The only modification I made to this wonderful recipe was to add about 1.5tsp of sugar - the addition really helped bring out the sweetness of the tomatoes, and give a richer taste to the dish. This will absolutely be on regular rotation in my kitchen!vieforvixenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17483123959569933200noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5852827703279494520.post-12630877227977408482020-01-07T16:47:54.855-05:002020-01-07T16:47:54.855-05:00This was delicious!
