Putting it into MFP, though, i thought, well I will just do a "quick add" and put in the kcal and macros exactly as stated in the recipe, which is: "One grilled cheese yields 374 calories, 29 grams of fat, 8 grams of carbs and 23 grams of protein.". However, the recipe itself yields 2, and since i followed it exactly, that meant a whopping 748 kcal for two of these delicious little guys input into MFP.

I don't feel like i just ate over 700 kcal in less than a minute, so i figured i better recalculate using the ingredients and amounts *i* used and came up with the same kcal as you, but it was for two sandwiches, not one.

So that's my question: are you sure the calories and macros at the bottom of the recipe are for just ONE sandwich, or is it the total for the recipe as it stands? If the latter, i suggest you edit the wording to say "this recipe yields: 374 kcal, yadda eider' rather than ONE sandwich is...
Michellehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12384867616540872652noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5852827703279494520.post-35794419133183829092017-04-17T10:02:31.669-04:002017-04-17T10:02:31.669-04:00It has taken me so long to scroll to the bottom of...It has taken me so long to scroll to the bottom of the page to comment, you certainly are popular! What are the dimensions of the square you press onto the sheet pan before cutting into 4 portions? The dimensions of each finished slice after cutting?
