Sorry about that, Mike! :)

I live in Colorado, so I feel you at high 'tude!

In order to get the recipe to come out as written ingredient wise, I use mini muffin tins to bake the brownies in and they come out perfect. Also have to adjust your baking time a couple mins, just start checking them every minute after Mike's time. It takes 2 mins extra baking time for me, but I am sure that also depends on your oven!

High altitude rule of baking a normal recipe (like a traditional cake) is add 2 tablespoons of flour, and 1 tablespoon of liquid. In the case of this recipe, you can add 1/8 cup more almond flour to bake properly in the 8x8 dish.

I haven't tried Mike's suggestions yet, but will give those a whirl later today and see how they come out.Brihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00267444232727449575noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5852827703279494520.post-79140518847811570252015-07-21T17:21:50.347-04:002015-07-21T17:21:50.347-04:00Absolutely not, I'm just hoping you'll enj...Absolutely not, I'm just hoping you'll enjoy the recipe! :DMike @TheIronYouhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10366439657152961176noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5852827703279494520.post-36510404001947427142015-07-21T17:11:09.001-04:002015-07-21T17:11:09.001-04:00I'm trying to experiment with a load of new br...I'm trying to experiment with a load of new brownie recipes so do you mind if I make them, post about them and reference you?
