In triathlon, body fat percentage is crucial, as it greatly impacts on your overall VO2 capacity. Without going into too much detail, let's say that the less body fat you carry around the faster you go and the less effort you make.
TBH, triathletes are no different than female models; we only talk about weight, fat, food and diet. Than there's the training part that differentiates us from them ;)
Anyway, thank you for rooting for me I'll let you know how that goes!Mike @TheIronYouhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10366439657152961176noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5852827703279494520.post-54383210322361500142013-07-16T10:07:10.474-04:002013-07-16T10:07:10.474-04:006%-8%??? Boy oh boy, that's awfully ...6%-8%??? Really?

Boy oh boy, that's awfully low. To think I can't even hit the darn 20% mark...

Man, that's gotta be hard to achieve. But why do you have to get so low right before such a demanding event? Do you find it helps you perform better? One thing for sure ,there ain't gonna be anything that wiggles on that body of yours.

Hey, good luck with the triathlon my friend. I'll be cheering for you all the way from Quebec, Canada! Sonia!
