I used extra-virgin coconut oil instead of vegetable oil, and for the gf flour sub, I used: 1/4 cup garfava bean flour, 1/2 cup whole grain brown rice flour, 1/4 cup cornstarch, and I used 1/4 cup whey protein powder. I used ground cloves instead of black pepper and added in some walnuts and a few chocolate chips. It's absolutely perfect. Just the right amount of sweetness, with the sophisticated spice flavors. The texture is also wonderful, and no one would know it's gluten-free if you didn't tell them! Thanks again for another great recipe!Jackiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08186763945615108010noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5852827703279494520.post-20767484709698879612013-01-05T12:53:44.994-05:002013-01-05T12:53:44.994-05:00Wow, this looks and sounds perfect!Wow, this looks and sounds perfect!Sarena Shasteen - The Non-Dairy Queenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04931354310822465714noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5852827703279494520.post-17911510677081480052012-11-15T22:30:39.325-05:002012-11-15T22:30:39.325-05:00Bet to be very delicious!
