What Shade Of Green Would You Pick?

These two foods have two things in common: a) the calories, and b) color (although in a different shade).
For the rest, they’re completely different:
One weighs 360 grams (12.7 oz), the other 50 grams (1.76 oz).
One is fat-free, the other one has 25 grams of fat.
One has 80% of the RDA of Vitamin C, the other has none.
One comes directly from a vine, the other from a manufacturing plant.
One rots in a matter of days, the other one can last for years.
One is packed with phenols antioxidants, the other one has none.
If you had to pick, what shade of green would you choose
?
