Sometime in your life you need somebody to look up to in order to get inspired. The other day while I was writing about green juice I stumbled upon a YouTube video of Dave “The Raw Food Trucker”, and watching it made my day.
I’ve never heard of this guy before in my life but now that I have, I decided that I’m going to put him in my “Heroes List” alongside Ironmans’ legends Craig Alexander, Dave Scott, Mark Allen, Tim DeBoom, and Chris McCormack.
If you ever thought that juicing was something just for hippies, food extremists, desperate housewives, and the like and there wasn’t anything manly about it, this video will make you think twice...
A good old southern accent, rad tattoo, and an unmistakable American True Grit: it doesn’t get more real than this.

I love when Dan, while flexing his biceps, says: “Aminoacids, you don’t want protein you want aminoacids to make your own protein, baby, that’s the misconception, the protein myth!” Ha, he’s the man!
By the way, these guys are making for themselves not one but two gallons of green juice: where in heaven are they going to drink two gallons of green juice???
In another video Dave explains how he lost 178 pounds, got off his meds and cure his diabetes just with juicing.
Dave is awesome, he has no gimmicks, he's the truth: that’s why I adore him.
He’s THE JUICING MAN!
The Iron You
